CREATOR SPACE PROGRAM GUIDELINES
PROGRAM OVERVIEW AND PARTICIPATION
Welcome to the Creator Space Program. Thank you for participating in the Creator Space Program (the “Program”) for thatgamecompany (also referred to as “TGC” or “us” “we”). Your voice helps share the love and passion for Sky: Children of the Light (“Sky” or the “Game”). By volunteering to become a Creator Space participant and engaging thoughtfully on social media, you help us continue our journey of light and spread the word to form bonds with new and existing players from around the world.
There is no monetary incentive to participate. There are opportunities to earn Sky rewards, win giveaways hosted on various social media platforms offering in-game items, be shared on TGC channels, be invited to events, and more. Interested players can participate in the Creator Space by opting into challenges shown in the game. There is no application process! As long as you have a public social media account with at least one original post, and agree to follow these Program Guidelines, Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms” or “Terms of Service”), Community Rules & Restrictions, and Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”) anyone can join and participate.
Creator Space Goals: Our goal is to share our love and passion for the Game with other likeminded players from around the world. We believe Sky is a game that promotes a positive social message centered on cooperation, empathy, kindness, and connection with others through teamwork rather than competition and rivalry. So, if you are someone who loves Sky as much as we do and want to spread its message to others, we would love to have you become a part of our Space! Participation is voluntary and all content should be your original content that reflects your own thoughts, opinions, and perspective about the Game.
Eligibility and How to Join: Any Game player who has an active social media account on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or X/Twitter with at least one original content is eligible to participate in Creator Space (“Participant”). By posting social content with the hashtag #skycreatorspace and #skysweeps, players consent to opting into the Creator Space program. What is “original content?” Original Content or Content is any content that is created by the Participant with a significant amount of original voice-over, art, commentary, or other elements to contribute to the player’s own thoughts, opinions, and perspectives. Family-friendly posts are preferred! Participants should not engage in or share themes related to adult content and pornography, obscenity, violence, hate speech, religion, or politics. We also discourage hackers who routinely leak and cheat in negative ways, reposters who take others’ work without credit, or those who otherwise engage in negative, divisive, hateful, or otherwise toxic themes.
Creator Space Perks: Creator Space participants are eligible to earn the following:
Additional in-game items
Features on Sky’s social media channels
Community space to chat with fellow Sky creators
Access to TGC Staff events
Insider access to invite-only Beta
Opportunities for exclusive merchandise
